To get started, simply send e-mail or leave a voicemail message at 510.287.9168. In response, we'll chat by e-mail, by phone or in person about the challenge(s) you face and whether consulting services might work. An approach will be outlined and a brief letter proposal will be prepared. Services are available domestically or internationally as needed.
You may choose either "fixed fee" or "hourly time & materials" rates. Long-term retainers are also possible. Confidentiality is assured. Once the proposal is approved, the engagement will then be carried out - on time - and on budget - with satisfactory results. Written reports as desired. Billing usually occurs bi-weekly or monthly. Incurred expenses are billed at cost. The consultant is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with his fees.

** You may obtain a semi-customized Planning Tool Kit (PTK) for your enterprise, without first becoming a consulting client. Dr. Henke will develop and supply a complete PTK Notebook for a one-time price of $6000. The PTK may be used as self-guided instructions for your own planning team to follow, or you may contract later for planning facilitation from Dr. Henke separately.
